Welcome to everyone for this unforgettable healing ceremony, In person-Zoom event.

Teri, JJ, Debbie, Lisa and Kevin are honoured in your trust to step into this safe, supportive healing experience.

You have been called here for a reason in this very moment.

As you arrive at 4:45 PDT please ensure you stay muted.  You decide whether to have your cam on or off.  Healing will occur either way.  That’s energy!

As you wait for things to start please write in the chat what your intentions or area of focus for this healing is.  Share what is comfortable. Remember this is a safe community.

Please consider a space that is dimly lit, you are warm and cozy, sitting or lying down.  Your comfort is key.

Have water or tea near by.

Be in a space of least disruption.

If in the rare case you are disconnected and can’t re enter the room please stay in the energy for the remaining time!!

3. What is your intention or area of focus for this healing
4. What do you want to replace what you are letting go of with. Eg, maybe it’s as simple as love.
